Well she is enhanced, to the point she is stronger, faster and tougher than normal humans. She breaths through her skin, which is the reason she wears such a skimpy outfit, so yeah, dressing her could suffocate her. She can also teleport respectable distances, and she has the ability to see things in a slower rate. Allowing her to fire between spinning helicopter blades.

All combined with a basic knowledge of CQC. Same fighting style the Snake family use.
