It stands to reason that a miniature of oneself can be unbelievably useful in finding the perfect aesthetic. It alleviates the hassle of finding a garment, trying it on, concluding that it doesn't match a particular piece of jewelry, one that fit beautifully with a particular arrangement of hair and then doing, redoing and continuing to undo what was once a beautiful hairstyle.
When Jeno figured this out, it was like the sun went from setting to high noon. Without even thinking, she conjured a tiny version of herself and proceeded to spend days making her absolutely perfect. She didn't succeed, naturally, but she got close. Like, really close. At the very least, she finally discovered where her elven skill in magic lies. Just a little less vanity and she could be wealthy to no end.

Jeno's morph was created in ZBrush and Blender for Daz3D's G8F, composited in Daz Studio with purchased assets and rendered in Iray, texture editing and post-work in Photoshop.

As for the sandals, two reasons. My elves have been barefoot in every render so far, and two, whenever I sculpt an Elven character I tend to customize their feet too which has the tendency to make them somewhat incompatible with footwear (especially noticeable with the above sandals). Plus I'm using NecDaz' Genesis 8 Foot Morph dialed in at 50% which compounds that issue. I could zero out the feet in Blender of course, but Jeno's are so much part of her charm I wouldn't have the heart (and I was too lazy to make a custom fit morph for the sandals, so...).

Ah, yeah one of the stories I started long ago the fae consider "mother earth" to be their mother and they go barefoot because they are trying to be nice to their mother and because it allows them to physically be in touch with her to feel her. They can sense the life-pulse of the world through their feet. Of course the evil fae wear shoes because they don't want to feel that pulse and they like the idea of hurting their mother.

Thank you. For Daz Studio content Gameprint (www.daz3d.com/gameprint-3d-pri… ) is the best option cause they'll make sure there's enough support and that the figure is properly balanced. I honestly couldn't guarantee an .stl I generate from this would print properly.
