Is it the enlighted Eiffel tower.?
If so, you can use it for your own website but if you sell it you have to tell the buyer that if he wants to buy it for another use he has to contact us.
It is very impotant because if we see the photo somewhere and if you didn't warn him that he has fees to pay, he can turn against you.

I never knew that taking a picture of the Eiffel Towe was illegal..people take a millions of photos of the fucking Bean here in Chicago, and no one ever does a thing. I kinda wish they would
Anyways, this photo is incredible. It looks like a timeless memory. This has to be the best photo of the Eiffel Tower ever taken. Honestly, I think they were pissed because it doesn't get any better than this, and they're too stubborn to buy it from you
