is no harm in letting you guys use these?

for anyone who doesnt know how to use:
put in any art program w/ layer support
new layer on top
find and click clipping group
layer setting on multiply
colour
done :')

If I'm correct this a pixel base and it does not use layers,so people who use MS paint or something that can use pixel filling and doesn't support layers CAN use this base.

I would love to ask, are I allowed to use it for sites such as Chatlands and Wolfing as an avatar? There's absolutely no art theft in the websites, and valid credit must be given or the pose will be declined.
It's alright if I'm not allowed to, because I'll totally use these as adoptables!
