The swarm ability powers up bug moves when HP is low. Did you intended to give it that ability or were you looking for a flying type equivalent of Swarm? (There isn't one now but you can make one).

i'm not sure if you're aware but there's a bird called the chickadee lol [link] , doesn't really make sense on a Parakeet fakemon considering its a seperate species
