So, I looked on the tumblr page. And yes, it's official, the interpretation of this AU is basically up to the person themselves. So I'm going to write down some head canons for each of the characters and give you my perspective of this AU. And before you call me out on anything I'm about to write, again I say, nothing is canon, so if there's something you don't agree with. Don't take it for face value. This is just how I see things and how I'm going to write it in my stories. I'm also taking a few ideas from the pictures I've seen, as well as adding a few of my own.

UF Toriel: Sweet on the outside, but when things go wrong she can go completely ballistic. She was kicked out of her kingdom by her husband when she tried to keep the First Fallen Human alive in their home. Having been banished into the ruins, she decided to ruin the monster's plan by keeping the humans with her. But instead of doing it out of protection for the humans, it was completely out of spite to her husband. She uses manipulation and cunning to keep the children with her, and if they still refuse... or try to run away. She'll chain them to their beds and punish them for even considering to run away.

UF Sans: Easily irritable, has a Brooklyn accent and doesn't take kindly to anything being 'nice' because he feels that it's a weak ideal. His mentality is solely around 'kill or be killed' and he only keeps the others around as pawns. Getting a certain satisfaction when he kills or injures someone. Yet he get's distracted easily by Frisk's attempt at kindness, and extremely nervous when it doesn't go his way, getting extremely angry to the point of screaming.

UF Papyrus: Unlike his Undertale counterpart Papyrus is actually very quiet, relying on his intellect and cunning to outwit his opponent. And unlike his brother who can get loud when things aren't going his way, Papyrus is very much the opposite and will remain calm in the most desperate of situations. Knowing that losing his temper will cost him everything unlike his brother. He however, is very easily persuaded and has a softer heart then most of his eviler companions.

UF Undyne: Having a more darker quiet personality then her Undertale counterpart. All she cares about it taking down her target swiftly and quickly. Think of the menacing appearance of the armored Undyne of Undertale and multiply it by ten. She won't give her victim a chance to run away. But she can get panicky if the situation manages to get sour.

UF Alphys: Your typical mad scientist. However instead of creating the Amalgamates by a freak accident. She clones many monsters to see if she could create an army for Asgore and the Amalgamates are just an experiment gone wrong. Now she devotes her time making robots and trying to perfect her greatest creation yet; Mettaton.

UF Mettaton: His personality switches back and forth because he actually has two souls instead of one. Having a sadistic personality from what Alphys built him to be. Too a panicked and more loving one of the other soul that is trying to take over. They were built for the sole purpose of killing. But only one side of the program gets through, the other program cannot handle it.

UF Asgore: A calm tyrant that only cares with control over his kingdom then he does the protection of his people. He thinks a lot like a ruler and isn't as dimwitted as the Undertale Asgore. He will take anything down that obstructs his path... even if that means his own subjects.

UF Flowey: Unlike his menacing counterpart of Undertale, Flowey in Underfell is very timid and scared of almost anything. Mostly choosing to hide from the other monsters in the Ruins as he tries to keep anyone away by making the cave with the hole look as menacing as possible... it of course doesn't work, and only makes it easier for a human to fall in. Now he's dedicated himself in helping the last human that could give the monsters of the underground their freedom.

UF Frisk: The only character of Underfell that keeps a great deal of their originals personality. Frisk is a generally good hearted and spirited child as they try to see good in whatever is thrown at them. Yet they're easily fragile... and can be easily timid when the going gets tough. Yet their determination is what makes them keep going forward... and to help the monsters of the underground... even if they don't want it. Or hell, would kill them because of it.

I can't really give personalities to Chara or Asriel, for spoilers of later chapters in my Underfell Series. But know that their stories will be touched upon and explained. At least... the way I see them.
