Classification: Marine Horse Pokemon

Foamie love to play, often darting through coral reefs and amongst kelp forests on the sea floor. They are happy and carefree while they are out in the open; they love freedom and space to move around in. If they are threatened, Foamie can turn deceptively aggressive and turn their poison frills against their assailants or pelt them from afar with toxic spines.

Potential move: Surf, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Water Gun, Smoke Screen, Poison Sting, Acid, Acid Bomb, Poison Jab
