This one's based on the mockumentary "C.S.A.: The Confederate States of America" (which you can find here www.youtube.com/watch?v=exnwTW…) where the confederacy wins and annexes the union, i changed a few things from the video but the concept is the same.

Are all Jews in the Confederate Empire required to live in the "Long Island Jewish Reservation" or is it is just the largest Jewish ghetto? And I assume that the CSA is run by some sort of fascist autocracy, right?

In the video it says that all religions aside from Protestantism and Catholicism are banned in the CSA, Jews were to be kicked out but former president Jefferson Davis demanded the opposite.
His reasoning was that the first secretary of state for the CSA, Judah Benjamin, was a Jew and he saved the country by convincing Britain and France to help them in the civil war. So american jews were given long island as an autonomous region to live in.
And no, the CSA isn't fascist it's democratic.
