Last night I was playing B+ Rank Battle for Rainmaker and after the match ended, I found myself that I splatted my opponents 35 times...MWAHAHAHA! I didn't think I could go higher than 28 splats.Splattershot Jr...please don't get nerf, I love you. :>

My high score is twenty two splats with the Hero Inkbrush replica on Rainmaker/Kelp Dome. I'd like to point out that I finished the match early because I got the rainmaker on the pedestal, if I didn't I might have gotten more splats. However... Very next match was one of the weirdest I ever had. We still were on Kelp Dome. Three members of the enemy team went the low route, the other one inked around the pedestal, my team did roughly the same except the loner went for an attack. I rushed the rainmaker, backed up by two teammates. The lone one got splatted when he stumbled on the enemy team, and the lone enemy tried to take down the invasion led by me, but one of my teammates rushed him with his roller, leaving the enemy open for my other teammate and his Sploosh-O-Matic (the roller unfortunately didn't survive, but his sacrifice was not in vain). I got close to the pedestal, started to panic, thinking I was gonna get ambushed, shot the pedestal climbed on top of it and won. On the victory screen I could see the enemy team's path. I think it was their first Rainmaker match, seeing they were all C- and didn't even try to go towards the central platform. But still. Not as stupid as the two times my team won despite being 100% rollers, granted. But pretty dumb nonetheless.

Twenty two splats are really impressive, even with you using the Hero Inkbrush Replica! It's easy to earn more splats whenever Rank Battle runs for quite a long time, including "overtime." Heh, that's quite a number of things you went through in your match. I can expect teammates to aim for something like that and do their own little things for no apparently reason. lol Yeah, C- match are definitely rough, especially if your teammates doesn't know what to do and not supporting the team. Better rank up as soon as possible before you team up with the wrong teammates again. ^^'

I've been maining the Splattershot Jr. myself. In Splatoon 2. X3
I think my highest splat count was 54 with the N-Zap '85 on Tower Control in the first Splatoon, but that was just because, I think, the opponents were scrubs. Either that or they weren't even trying. Or they were just carried all the way to A+ rank without skill involved, heh. Xp
That is still awesome though. 40 splats on Rainmaker is no small feat. Amazing, sis. ^^ No one stands in the way of your Splattershot Jr.! SPLAT THEM ALL, SIS!!! XD

Oh, I thought it's 35 splats because Ink Armour gives me special defence boost but never a Special to directly splat people. Does 5 numbers mean how many times I used the Special, or how many splats I earned while using the Special?Β
The Splattershot Jr. is pretty powerful in this game for some reason. Thank goodness of all the weapon, the Splat Bomb stays. I really love that sub-weapon. ouo Heh no matter what stage or what mode is it...GOTTA USE THE SPLATTERSHOT JR.! I suck no matter what other weapon I choose. XD

You know what, I'm honestly not sure. I've been told that the post-game scores are splat-to-special-splats ratio (as in the numbers count how many times you splatted using your special). But other people have also told me that the post-game scores are splat-to-specials-used ratio (as in the numbers count how many times your special was activated). I can't tell which one is the correct answer. I can't even find a definitive answer online. X'3
I LOVE the Splat Bomb as a sub weapon. It is so versatile and effective. I'm so sad that they replaced the N-Zap '85's sub weapon from the Splat Bomb to the Suction Bomb. They just got rid of everything I loved about the N-Zap '85. :< Anyway, yeah! At least the Splat Bomb stayed with the Splattershot Jr.! They better not nerf the awesome weapon that is the Splattershot Jr.! Though honestly, my favorite Splatoon 2 weapon so far is the Tentatek Splattershot. It's my new main now.

I also main the Splattershot Jr. in the first Splatoon game so I'm know what I'm doing. I'm so glad of all the weapons, the Splat Bomb remain the same sub-weapon.
It may not be the strongest in power but can take out people quickly for high fire-rate, easily ink your area so you can move around, and very good in assist others (Ink Armour). >
