Hydro is Starnas's negative version.He is a cyborg Virus program that is secound in comand in the virus army VIRUX, right beneath Antix.
He was created as an experiment by Antix who had discovered Starnas for the first time (when Antix just had turned into a virus).
Hydro is also obeying any orders, but does not belive in Antix's idea of global mass-system domination. He do belive this will make a massive overload and delete all files conected to the systems, including the viruses. But Hydro belives that Antix never will reach such point, and therefore likely follow any orders given.

Well in this form he is not quite that powerfull actully.
He is more of a highly ranked virus In this state.
I did'nt want him to be stronger than, Let's say, a Whaporizer, sinse he is so much smaller and have a typical human form.
But he's other form Hydrorizer, is much more powerfull.
