It's really hard to describe properly. You can see your "brushstrokes", and yet, they don't look sloppy, or lazy or anything. They all look very intentioned and thought out, yet spontaneous at the same time. You use all these crazy, awesome textures, the people you draw have this interesting almost gauntness to them that makes them really interesting, and I love your use of contrasts, and low saturation colours.
