Can I draw using one of theses sketches? Yes you can, but please give credit and link back here.
How long did this take? Hour wise I don't know, but roughly each sketch took 15 minutes.
Why did you draw Alicorn Twi? I don't like her! Too bad.
Why did you draw 100 ponies? Just to do some sketch practice. I pushed myself in poses, expressions, and angles.
Lol, why do I see some plots? Tsk tsk, like I said, I wanted to draw from all angles and so that is included.
I hope to do more like this with other characters and shows

For Dashie I like row 5, favorite Twilight is row 10, Fluttershy row 6, Pinkie row 9, Rarity row 8, and Applejack row 8 as well.

5th Dash down, 6th Twi, 13th Fluttershy, 12th Pinkie, 7th Rarity and 13th Applejack are my picks. These, along with many others here, are such unique and interesting poses, appealing to look at even as a sketch. Awesome.

It's funny how Rarity's the only one who didn't show off her rump completely like the others. Still wondering why Twily and Fluttershy did...but who am I to complain since Hasbro has made it a habit to showcase at least one pony plot per episode, and who can resist them at this point? XD Though...Dashie eating bacon is my fave, Twily getting a faceplant 2nd, the Shy with sticks up the nose 3rd, Rarity with the Aerosol spray to the eyes 4th, AJ all tied up 5th, and a frozen Pinkiesicle 6th. Still impressed you got off 102 pony sketches.

I recently got a tablet and I'm wondering which art app to get, hoping it's free. Have any suggestions?

Start off with using trials. you need time to understand how an art program works. GIMP is free and follows the basic methods many other art program has.
Personally I use Photoshop and Sketchbook the most, but it isn't the absolute programs you need. It's different for each artist.

Aw. Why so much sad or troubled Twily? Can't bear seeing her sad. She deserves to be happy. But at least she is indeed happy in other sketches.

Applejack row 9, Dash row 11, Rarity row 14, Fluttershy row 17, Pinkie row 2, and Twily either/both row 11 and 14.
