Time for the blue card with Charlie.This was one of those piece that I'm unsure about. In some ways I like it, but something about it.....I dunno.
I've been going with a circus theme, but the only thing fitting of the ragamuffin Charlie would be "That guy who tried to sneak in without a ticket". He's a jobless artist, what else could he do!?
