Hurts your chest to move?
It might be something with your diaphragm.
They might want to do chest xrays (which are no fun ¬_¬ I have asthma so I get them a lot)

It doesnt stay rotated.

Once saved, it goes back to its previous state.

That's odd. Usually if you save it, you can rotate it if you have Windows Photo Viewer.
