You're getting better and better! Drawing from pictures from magazines/newspapers and also from life (can people watch in the MRT, a cafe, the library…not in a creepy way of course ) is a great place to start…some people start with "guidelines" (loosely and lightly drawn at first),for the structure of the face, the placement of eyes, nose,mouth and hair, looking for "landmarks" all the time, like how one part begins at the end of another part, or how the end of her visible hair at her right shoulder is in line with her collar bone line, and how there is a gap between the end of her hair and the strap of her dress...then start fleshing it out and filling in the details. You're quite good at capturing expressions!
