This is my entry for the Mythology Competition, in the beginner’s category. LOL, this took a long time to finish mainly because I’ve been having some problems at home. I used watercolour pencils

Well, my idea is that Mikoto Uchiha is a loving mother and a loyal wife but what about the other side of her? She’s a jonin, the mistress of the Uchiha Clan. A killer, a ninja, a woman who had to make hard decisions. Everybody has two sides to them and sometimes while we try our very best to hide our darker side, occasionally, it leaks out.

So I tried to portray the ‘dark’ side of her as a yurei or onyryo (woman ghost of vengeance and hate) and the ‘light’ side of her as a normal and graceful woman of the Uchiha Clan. Yin and Yang, but still one and the same.

This isn’t my best work. I’ll admit to that, I’m not a colour person to be honest I would like to thank for his WONDERFUL help. He stayed back after school just to help me and provided me with colouring materials so THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Anyway, good luck to those sitting for mid- year exams (like I will next next week ) Maybe if I’m lucky enough I can submit another entry…
