Quirk: Stinger - Kurage has the same powers as a box Jellfish. She can paralyse body parts of others for up to 30 seconds or just give them a very painfull sting when she touches them with her hair. She can use her hair just like arms (which are stronger then her real arms)

Limitations:

-paralysation only for 30 sec.

-can controll between stinging, paralyzing, or turning the poison off to use her hair just like arms

-can sting but not paralys the same body part within 24h.
-can paralys body parts or whole body, however whole body would only last for 5 to 10 seconds depending on oponents heights.

-has to be fully hydrated, like a jellyfish, Kurages hair is 98% Water

-opponent can't wear too many layers of clothes or it doesn't work / has to touch opponents bare skin for maximal effect
-the bigger the opponent the shorter the paralysation time

Kurage appears shy and introverted at first but once you get to know her she will open up quickly. She doesn't like to be a bother to other people and rather helps others then to ask for help herself. Her optimistic personality helps her to motivate her friends when they need it and those close to her know they can trust and talk to her about everything that bothers them. She is very modest and gets flustered easily when someone praises her. She is childish and still has the naiveté of a kid which could easily turn against her if someone decides to make use of that. Kurage is soft-hearted and has a lot emphatie for others but also is self-critical about ever failure she makes.

Likes: Soda, Water, Matsuris, Ocean, drawing, greek mythology, brushing her hair, pretty girls

Dislikes: Bullys, Liars, loud/crowded places, when the vending machine is out of soda,

History: Kurage grew up as an onlychild with her father and mother in Tokyo. She might be an onlychild but has a couple of cousins who she is very close to.

Kurage discovered her quirk early in kindergarten when she accidently stung a kid who was trying to bully her. Back then she hadn't full control of her hair, so it instinctivly wrapped around the other kids arm and stung him a few times. Since then Kurage is pretty carefull when she meets new people and will take a little safe distance because she doesn't want an accident like that again, even if she has full controll of her hair now.

Kurage knew early that she wants to help people so she pushed the thoughts of her quirk being a bad thing away and studied hard to get accepted on the Hero University and became fluently in english. When she heared there was an University overseas that was giving scholarship to students around the world she became curious. The idea of being away from home scared her a bit but studying overseas seemed to be a good chance for her to work on her flaws. Her research of Schuyler made clear that it would be the best place to get herself out of her comfort zone and develop her powers there. She eventually got an scholarship and had a hard time leaving her family in japan but told herself to be strong. Luckily an old friend from her former school was also accepted into the University so the first start wasn't too bad. She quickly became used to the culture and people and works hard to develop her powers and pass the classes.

She easily makes friends (once the first social barriers are past) since she is a very kind and optimistic person who cares for her friends a lot. Kurage loves to hang out with her friend though she prefers movie nights and dinner at a fast food chain rather then clubbing.

Extras:

-drinks a lot of diffrent sorts of sodas and water to stay hydrated.

-she has a really wobbly walk and is rather slow because her body is mostly water. Her Hero uniform has weights on arms and legs so she can balance her walk better.

-is a slow walker but a fast swimmer and was one of the best swimmers in her former schools.

-he hair is actually transparent (water) but depending on the light it changes color. Normal sunlight gives off a nice pastell rainbow tone.

-still has to buy clothes in children's department otherwise her clothes won't fit (see casual clothes)

-carries a little notebook where she sketches people whos quirks she find interesting

-has a squid and a blobfish cousin.
