lolideki havent even played Assassins Creed, all I know is what other people who've played it told me
and i remembered I was too lazy to shade stuff
and i doodled this in pen so idec if there are mistakes, I might scrap this eventually maybe.
just Altair and Corvo and Garrett all being bros
Except for Garrett. He's too coo' to hang out with other people.

This is literally all three of the games in the nutshell. Don't get me wrong I adore all three series, but OMG STEALTHY BROTHERHOOD WALKS IN BROAD DAYLIGHT, YOU CAN'T SEE ME 'CUZ I'M LEANING, and ITS NIGHT U CANT SEE ME LOL sums up AC, Dishonored, and Thief pretty accurately.

pfff yes although to be fair I never really got a sense of stealthiness from AC after playing it through, but it's still fun to poke fun of xD

AC4: Black Flag had some pretty solid stealth mechanics. I went through the majority of missions undetected. I was surprised at how well they handled it.

I actually never played Black Flag, I only really got through Revelations and havent gone any further ahhh. So no idea how the stealth is personally because I havent played it :b

Revelations is the worst entry in the series, and ACIII is only marginally better than II, so I can see why you haven't moved on. Black Flag is fantastic though. I loved every minute of it.

The fun part of Assassin's Creed is the jumping around. The stealth element in those games are meh and don't even get me started on the combat.

If you're gonna play Assassin's Creed (well first of play any after the first game cause it's not very good at all) Play them for the platforming. The way you climb up buildings and jump around is really fun. But that's the main reason to play Assassin's Creed gameplay wise anyway because the stealth in AC is pretty shallow. I'll never get how a guy dressed like that can blend into the crowd in broad daylight especially when no one else dresses like that, there's almost no point in being stealthy in those games cause if you get caught you can just climb up buildings and run away or you can just fight them off since the guards will only fight you one at a time. God the combat in those games sucks

haha, well the stealth is still probably better than that of morrowind. Crouch in the middle of a brightly lit room directly in front of several guards and they cant see you anymore xD
I might consider picking up AC one day, but at the moment I've got plenty of other things that hold my interest above it.

Yeah, I hear the stealth in the Elder Scroll games are terrible (but then again Stealth's not the main focus of the Elder Scroll games) I would've gotten a copy of Skyrim already if the game wasn't so dame expensive. I still need to play Dishonored though, I'm crazy for stealth games

It's faaaantastic.
Three-part game so far. The first is pretty good, and the second is probably the best.
If you want a good stealth-based game, gotta go Thief. Its whole emphasis is purely on stealth rather than combat.
Plus Garrett is a fun character to listen to.

Well the missions are non-linear, so you need to figure out how to go about certain things. So it's definitely got puzzle-like elements to it, but the difficulty settings can expand or shrink the possible solutions (like you can just kill people to make things easier on the normal difficulty, or be forced into finding the difficult way of achieving your objectives on expert difficulty)

So basically Dishonored without having the whole 'it gets harder the more you kill' bit.

I guess? It's more like "Garrett is a professional thief and is above killing, so dont do it."
Plus you're most likely to die anyways if too many enemies come up to fight you.
