Welp, this is Monsoon, my WoF OC. She is a Rain/SeaWing hybrid, but I'll tell you about her parents when I'm done with her backstory. Monsoon is a really nice dragon when you get to know her, but she puts up a hard front. If she got hurt, she would keep going until she couldn't move. If you know Undertale, I would say she has a personality similar to Undyne.

As a SeaWing she has the glowing spots on her body, a webbed dewlap, a set of gills and those chin things but she has lost the webbed ruff on her back. I didn't draw her webbed feet, because the webbing is vestigial. She was born with more webbing, but living in the rainforest meant she had no need for them. She also has a powerful tail, which is also prehensile, that she used most for swinging in trees. She has the frills, nose horn, and foot type of a RainWing. Monsoon can change her scale colours, but not as much as the other RainWings. She can change to colour to other shades of blue, green, purple and even black, but she cannot change the colour of her glow.

Her earring was a gift from her mother, who studied the writing of Scavengers. Being a RainWing, not many other dragons knew about her study, so she was able to learn in secret.

So, this is my first WoF OC, and I hope to make more in the future. I am also in the process of making a FanTribe, with the help of Sahel-SandWing (sahel-sandwing.deviantart.com/ )
