Here's the fourth and final custom for Snoopyetta . It's a SkyWing who got in a fire accident, hence the burn marks. She also has no scales on the yellow/orange part of her body (see them fade?)
I used a 0.7 mechanical pencil, a Micron pen, and Copic Sketch markers
