actually the human body varies from 55% to 80% of water depending on who you are and your age, height, and weight. silly gohan.

that's all true, but don't forget he's basing this off of the books Chi-chi gives him so chances are they are telling him the amount of water in a normal full grown adult human, that or he's specifying the majority of precentage
