Brilliant shot. The rays of light coming from the sun gives this photo that little extra something. And the dark blue of the sky towards the top of the photo is beautiful. A definate fave.

Wonderful sihlouette, and its great how the sun didn't glare the whole shot!
Only suggestion for next time would be to get a bit more of the sky and a little less of the ground. Its just that the black dominates the bottom portion of the shot, but the sun does do a great job of drawing the eye so that it doesn't go straight to the blackness.

yeah - unfortunately i was lower down and the tree and the girl were on a hill so i couldent get them all in with the sun aswell, very good point though - i had thought the same thing. My camera is also good at taking photos of the sun for some reason, lucky for me

Nice shot it almost looks two completely different skies with the darker clouds in front and lighter ones in back. The girl also gives good perspective to the shot and its something to focus on for people who don't like landscapes

beautiful. i too like the composition, though i could imagine the black of the ground taking up slgihty more of the bottom to accentuate the silhouette. also the quality seems a bit grainy, but that cant be helped sometimes so no big. i do love this!! it is very beautiful

i would have liked to have the bottom fill up a bit more - but not alot though - and the grainy-ness (is that even a word) coulden't be helped on this occasion
