I took a series of photographs on Roses which were given to my mother (with different props, angles etc.). This is the first edition to my three part "Blood Rose" series.I love the details in these macro shots, as well as the awesome colours of these red roses. I like this particular photo because it looks as if the Rose is bleeding. This is probably the most conceptual photograph of this series and its one of my favs. I also like the way that this particular photo is composed with the rose and the water ("blood") in the frame.

U're welcome, Think like this a conceptual...is a photo, that transmits some kind of feelings that are expressed in all photo (in association of "feelings")...
In this case, you got your rose "like" bleeding, if rose: is beauty, like a little girl;
and blood: is the feeling of being hurt
You got the conceptual of a broken heart....but that is a interpretation you can make much more, that's why is a conceptual, isn't a instant expressed idea...and it's suitable of interpretation...
(err..something like this, my English isn't the better)

Hmmm..... I like the dramatic feel to the name, plus this rose looks like it is bleeding.
I might try a B/W version of this pic though - good idea. I was thinking of doing everything in BW exept the rose - as another pic
