Description
This is the rose of forgotten emotions,of the tunnel carved by the grieving heart,
nurtured in silence by the garden of graves.
Rain of minutes is held in its leaves,
anatomy of time made of human blood,
forgotten pure souls in its petals shall breathe.
Dark beauty blooms so fragile and wild,
in the tender hands of the artist child,
a beautiful soul in the road once forgotten.
As talented artists we all born,
forgetting it all as or minds get old,
let's all make a pause at this stage of the road,
for the innocent artist we shall return,
the little one holding the black rose.

Took the picture of the rose, then I played with the brushes, created my own since you can in CS4 version. Hope it helps!!!

i really like this piece, your imagery and expressionism are quite beautiful. if i were to critique, i would mention that there are a couple of spelling errors (nothing a proofread couldn't fix), and the change in meter at the end (5 lines in the last stanza as opposed to 3 in the others) is a little confusing. it leaves the reader wondering if this is intentional to add emphasis, or if your meter just broke down.
that being said, your word choices are amazing, and you convey your emotion very well. i also like your choice of images. it is a complement to the poem. well done! congrats on a great piece.

Thanks a lot for your nice comments and I apologize for the late reply. My Internet signal hasn't been good at all since the router is disconfigured thanks to a storm. I'm glad, since you were the only one to notice the special characteristic of my poem, the brain seems to notice the odd and a perfect 3-3-3 would not have given the same effect and the last part of it was very important for me. It was one of my early morning illuminations and the words were immediately written since my mind tends to be really forgetful. Love your written word by the way.
