I have to tell the truth, the water was a touch of magic from the garden hose! Alice had just finished watering the plants on the porch! But thank you!

Hahahhahaha, you are as bad as me!!!!!.....I have some "fog" pics in my gallery.....one problem, they are not real fog.....they are me huffing on the UV filter...... and I did confess after a while....I had to...., so you can thank your Alice for watering the plants, she added to the beauty......

Let me tell you a real story, .......... Ever hear of Doris Day? She was a singer/actress in the 1940's and 1950's. She was a pretty woman, more on the cute than glamourous side. Then only problem was, when ever they had to do a portrait of her, they would put a thin film of petroleum jelly on the lens, because she had more freckles than you could possibly imagine!!!!!!!!!!!! Makeup would not cover them enough! That's not dishonest....... it's called creativity!

Ah......yes, I have heard of Doris Day, and seen old movies of her....but her skin looked so good.........so reading this.............well, I can imagine what lengths they went to but am shocked that stage makeup would not cover them.........but you are right.......this is all called creativity...............but I did confess my crime...........and so did you......

You can do a web search on her, and it will show some old stills, if you look, there won't be any sharp edges, it's obvious that the lens has been blurred. My Dad was a portrait photographer from about 1947 till 1998 or so........ They taught that kind of info in photography schools in the early 40's! .............. By the way, what does your signature say?

I will run a google search and look.........she was a pretty woman. And they still do do a lot of things to photographs etc.....too much sometimes.....but it is interesting how much they can change someone... My signature...well.....it's a sad one......it sort of translates...as best I can to english "all humans shall end in the grave".....meaning no matter who they are....it is part of an operatic aria...........and I love yours.......it fits me!

Don't be jealous! Learn! Aren't you a teacher?! You're good now! You learn this by doing, you learn this by experimenting, you learn this by looking at the subject from a different angle! You shoot and shoot and shoot........... all to get one lousy acceptable shot! You needed a pep talk today didn't you!!!??? Thanks so much for the great compliment!

That would be it. hahahaha Shoot and shoot and shoot for one lousy shot. I want to learn. Seeing your example challenges me to do better.
