tl;dr version: Well this show aged kinda poorly, the first two seasons were pretty good with their characters, fight sequences, and humor, but it dropped the ball immediately after that and became one big inconsistent mess. The one problem that engulfs the entirety of PPG is its pacing, since Craig McCracken's shows, besides Wander (even then it's not entirely clean), have a tendency to drag scenes out. This is why I did not like S3 or 4 and especially detested S5-6, which were just as bad as I remembered btw. Everything that I once recalled liking or thinking wasn't that bad, ended up being worse than I thought. The movie? Hated it as a kid, hate it more now. Dance Pantsed? I loved it as a kid, I hate it now. See Me Feel Me Gnomey? I declared it my favorite thing in the Savino era for a long time but it ended up being rather flawed. On that note, I guess this means PPG lies on the lower end of CN shows for me lol

The funny thing is that I don't consider PPG the big example of bad pacing-- we're saving that for next time when I tear into Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.

UPDATE ON 8/4/2023: DA isn't allowing me to update some other scorecards of mine because of an "Internal Server Error", so I'm updating the ones that I'm able to, and thought I'd shoot PPG down a bit. It looks even more like a (slightly more negative) mixed bag than before, and tbh I don't get why it isn't in "Poor" territory when there's only 1 good season and 4 seasons of crap, guess S2 must be that good
