Here's the third image that I came up with for my mistletoe couples - Xander (Alexander) Shepard and Tali - in my head he's very gentle with her, not rushing her into any physical contact until her immune system is 100% (*spoiler* after ME3 with the friendly geth ending *spoiler*)

So instead of a kiss on the mouth, Xander is gently kissing her forehead.
