Well, we know absolutely nothing about bullies from FNAF4 (except Michael), so I have a lot of headcanons.

I will start with Rick Johnson, the youngest of Michael's team (both by age and by joining their group). Have you heard about the quiet ones sitting at the back desk by the window and drawing always and everywhere? So, Rick is one of those. How did he get into bully's company? He joined them for reasons of his own safety. Their school is full of bullies, and because of Rick’s lifestyle, he was at great risk of becoming one of someone's targets. In this situation, it was easier to join someone and be the "strongest" than to be another victim of bullying.

He likes the gloomy style of the Goths, but not the worldview itself. Therefore, there are enough black clothes in his wardrobe.

He lives with his aunt because of the loss of his parents. Rick and his aunt breed rabbits for sale (no, not as pets, but to someone for soup...), actually this is the main income.

If we take the headcannons from the AU where the sketch with C.C. was from, then Rick, along with others from his group, became the one who got into the investigation of what was happening in Hurricane. He was the first of all to suggest taking a device to talk to ghosts and going to a pizzeria at night to look for answers. Needless to say, they found problems instead of normal answers? With that, not only with the guards of the building, but also with other creatures who did not like that someone was starting to meddle in their own business. And I'm not talking about the ghosts of children right now...

And yes, their company didn't break up after the C.C. incident in 1983.
