Description
The Earth has been a very peaceful place for many hundred years. That is until the most intelligent and the most foolish species were given a chance to live on this planet. This dominant creature was known as humans. As the years went by, these humans became even more intellegent, and started to look beyond their bare neccessities. Now they wanted luxury. And as the species of Humans grew older, they started to abuse what they had. They started polluting the everlasting world, in exchange of some short-term luxury. Even after knowing what it was doing to the Earth, they continued this. Little did they know, after some centuries, this would effect the Earth dramatically. The atmosphere that had protected the humdreds of centuries Earth has survived, had become extremely thin. Now it wasn't enough for the Earth to be protected with.As predicted, one night, a meteor hit the planet with tremendous force, wiping out all life on Earth. Earth was also on verge of getting destroyed, when the last humans foolishly fled. The humans didn't live to find out if their planet had been destroyed or sparred because of their foolishness.

As a few people have already said, the planet
is a bit on the blurry side. But other than that,
the piece is really great.
Not too realistic having that twirl, but I would
think without the twirl the piece would not look
nearly as great. It's awesome. The inpact has
been thought out well, with lighting and positional
of different aspects (such as land fissures and
separated land from blast) done really well.
Trully a great piece.
Afterthought:: Just noticed the lack of stars
in the 'background'. It isn't really noticable
unless you look at the piece for long, which is
a very good thing. The focus therefore on the
inpact isn't interrupted. So, two thumbs up
on that too.

the last time i saw this is that there were NO STARFIELD at all. But this time you made it corrupted for me. A
One more thing: Set teh shockwave to "Color Dodge" for a better effect. Opacity: 70%

You can see a border on the right side of the impact, which almost ruins it. The planet's texture looks too gassy, which makes the impact look faker since the planet's coming apart like chunks of rock. Also, the whole place is orange and blurry which also makes it look gassy. There's a little too much orage color around the impact zone, and it looks kinda like you blurred orange and set the opacy down. I really like the rings around it, and the light coming up from the impact. The cracks in the planet are a little too bright. Very good, you're getting better at impacts and stuff.
