Finally Beta appears!! I like the pose he's sitting in. ^_^I changed his appearence a little; he doesn't wear a coat but ties it up to carry it around.
This is kinda logical, because climbing mountains with a long coat is not that clever.........
And he's a LOT easier to draw like that

No. You may read the BS comic from from last year, he does these empty space jokes from time to time.
Because it's hard to avoid ANY of them. They just appear, suddenly, out of nowhere, poof, and then they are there o_O
That's the humorous way to deal with these spayes. Others playe advertisement there, a small panel with only background and so on...

You are the Goddess of Irken drawing. I just love how you do it. Especially faces. They're just too good to be true. From just the cheeky first panel, I thought "Oh wow, that looks better than any on IZ!". Then the cute little face down in the third panel. Lovely XD Of course, the battle cry was great too.
Yours is the only comic I looked at so far. I am glad I had time for it!

Well, yours are actual to the IZ, yet you add more to it that it looks better. I mean, there are people who AMAZING at drawing Irkens in more human-like, muscly styles. Yeah, they look great and all, but how you do it is more appealing to me than theirs. And with the other stlye you do (I think you call it anthro?), they're more realistic to being an Irken alien. Like if they where real, I certainly wouldn't think they'd be big and loaded with muscles, or breasts or whatever. I guess I watch a lot of sci fi xDD
Yeah, you may say that, but those people have something that they are good at in that area. If you're comparing yourself to them, that isn't fair

I have an own interpretation of the Irken race in mind that's very close to the show. Not as ridiculous, but still very close.
My Irkens are very human-like (they even have toes |D), but that's how I see them. The aspects that make the Irkens frightening is their way to deal with others and themselves. And it's the same considering humans.

Hmm. Irkens has frightening.. see that's what I had in mind, that if an alien came up to a human, like an Irken alien for example, they'd be scared out of their wits of their appearance, and then what they might do to them. It's a lot like in real life, I think, because the Irkens to me remind me a lot of the Gray aliens, only probably a different type of sinister

I was first seeing the space-jokes in the BS comic of InvaderRaf from last year. I knew I would have some of these empty spaces, too, so I started coming up with some of them. They aren't as good as Jhonen's or Raf's, but they'll do. I hope. |D
