I couldn't sleep well last night because I was thinking about these things. Funky skull dragon baboon harpy eagle things. I hope the jump to detailed rendering is smooth so I can go cool stuff for this group, but I might have to quickly switch back to my simplified style if the process becomes overwhelming... One step at a time. lmao the trials and tribulations of scattering different skills across multiple different styles. It'll all come together eventually!About the anatomy (notes to myself, my interpretation, not canonical to the group):
- The incisors and front/top lip are crocodile inspired. Thick skin, no lip, uneven teeth placement
- Canines are pretty standard for most quadpod mammals
- Top half of the head has a tight "shrinkwrap" on the bridge of the nose and the cheek. Capable of small expressions, skin twitchy way
- Brow is feline/canine inspired (mostly feline) and melds into an equine forehead
- Big kitty ears
- Harpy eagle crest
- Body is an elongated baboon with a barreled body, the rear legs are digitigrade rather than plantigrade, add some feline haunches
- Snow leopard FLUFF tail
