Description

On tumblr, there was a Rayman villains poll in the Rayman tag that got an astonishing amount of activity and votes. It was definitely one of those fandom-defining "a lot of people participated" type of things.

Not surprisingly, the character in last place was Ringmaster Rigatoni from the short-lived Rayman Animated Series, who got less votes than everyone else including the Rabbids, who have been this fandom's punching bag for a good 15 years at this point.

After the poll was over, a collab was run, and I was approached to draw this big loser, which means that my transformation into "The Ringmaster Rigatoni Artist" in the Rayman fandom has already taken place even though I've only drawn this guy one other time. I asked for it, really. I'm the only one that wants to actually DO something with this guy rather than relegating him to "only drawing him in group pictures because he's so ugly" status.
