Description Greetings friends of Tursiart!

I have been surpassingly productive in the Tursiart labs as of late, and the result is a new ray pistol for your delight: The Gilt Cochlear Queller!

How it works:
Extremely concentrated sound vibrations are produced within the achromatic coils and transmitted via the lower quadraphonic bulbous. Simultaneously, the upper horizontal argent dome emanates a befogging garrulous 'chat beam'. The result of this dyad is the temporary nullifying of all auditory sensations, in addition to feelings of vertigo and nausea. This serves as an excellent non-lethal stun weapon for all known species excepting the orborygmi peoples of planet brouhahuh as it inexplicably causes their intestines to explode.

The Gilt Cochlear Queller is a rare gem indeed, as I have produced very few ray pistols from this specific dualistic frame cast, and this is the only one to use achromatic coils. It can be yours for the stunningly(no pun intended) low price of 50 astro credits!

Your designs are awesome, but it's the descriptions that really get me. Crack me up every time, with your astute use of geek vernacular. And coming from a fellow scientist (yes I am, IRL), that's a compliment!

I'm glad you both read liked the descriptions. I sometimes get the impression that most people just look at the photos and ignore the writing.

You seem like just the sort of person who would be interested in my Ray Pistol Name/Function contest... More info on that can be found here: [link]

You're welcome! I often do ignore the text, but I always glance at it to see if it looks worth reading in its entirety, and yours sure did
The contest sounds great fun, I'll take a look!
