Once again, an idea from a story. Perry gets zapped with one of Doofenshmirtz's inventions and is now able to speak human.Phineas and Ferb discover something about him and help him out.

I don't know why, but when I read the part about Perry speaking for some reason he sounds like Hugh Jackman to me. The actor that plays Wolverine.

When I think of Perry talking I picture a voice like Brian's from Family Guy. How about you?

I'm not sure. Probably something manly and bold. At one point I think I actually thought of Kowalski's voice from the Penguins of Madagascar coming out of him. Only, he wouldn't be very British.
