I could have given this several different names. I called it this because, Perry's mission I suppose was to get an operation.Again, this is where you can make up a story to go with this scene. I kind of wanted to see Perry a little vulnerable for once. I guess he was injured some how. (Whether it was from Doof or not is for you to decide). Might I add is that I did not really have any intention at all for this to be a PerryxDoof pic, but if you want to see it that way, you can.
But after getting a surgery and/or just patched up, Dr. D has gone to the hospital to visit his dear ol' nemesis.

I did something like that in my fanfic, "Christmas in July". Where Perry was too sick to go on a mission, but he wasn't in the hospital or anything like the pic shows.

like on the episode with linda and lawrences anniversary whrere doofensmirtz strapped perry to a fireworks rocket on vanesas birthday perry escaped cause of the laser on his watch
if doofensmirtz froze time he take away perrys watch so he couldn't escape then perry be blasted off and blew up by the fireworks
