I kept laughing every time I looked at this thing because of Perry. But I'm over it now... I think.Yes.
They are floating. How is this possible you may ask? Well, this is because they are Phineas and Ferb. And they can do anything! 
I drew Phineas's legs about a billion times. The first time, it came out perfect, but then I wanted his legs to go in the direction of his head, but then I messed up so I tried again until I decided to just draw them forwards again and then I just couldn't get it the way I originally had it which really upsets me.
No turtle.
