Wow, it's really good to see the steps. I'm sure it's also much help for other manipulators out there. Seing the end without the process can be frustrating because one thinks : 'how the heck was that made? Like HOW !!?O.O'. Thanks for sharing it's a really good piece of art

No! not at all
I think it needs to be somewhere between penultimate and your final image. For me, I like the toning of the red in the penultimate image.. it's less cliche compared to the usual bold blue and red of all other fire and water images. Also I like the greeny colour of the lines (paint? whatever) on her body.

I like how you worked on each element in its own process, allows for greater individual focus.
I imagine it'd be hard to concentrate on both fire and ice, and their processes, if one worked on both simultaneously.
