It's kind of like Corel Painter, or PS...in a way. I think SAI is alot better when it comes to using a tablet. It blends colors alot better than PS and their brushes are better too (water color brush, pen brush, and airbrush). And theres even a rotate button so you can turn your pic around when you need to draw certain angles and stuff! Even making lineart there is alot better. I downloaded a trial version a while back, when I didn't have my tablet, and it was really useless. (Mouse= no pressure/sensitivity :[ ) So I deleted it, but now that I have a tablet, I'd rather use SAI than PS. The only thing is that SAI doesnt have as many functions as PS, like Color Dodge, and Gaussian Blur, but if you needed to make a background or something, just transfer your picture to PS after you finish coloring it on SAI.
