Stunning contrasting colors you have here. I love the bright lime green color of the kiwi against the darker blue background. the lines that come from the center of the kiwi out to the sides are crisp and nicely focused. Your selective focus is done very well and your shutter speed is perfectly stopping the motion of the water hitting then splashing off the fruit. I do not see a dingle thing that I would change about this shot. The composition is perfect, I normally like to see the rule of thirds used in an image but the fact that this is a mostly centered subject suits the image well.
