Is it still too early to start making Stampede designs for One Piece OCs? Yes? No? Well, I gave into temptation either way, so have Tela's Stampede design!It was fun working with all these reds and pinks when I never usually give her so many warm colors. I didn't think coming up with this design would be so fun, but I love it anyway. Little side note, but this outfit makes me think of cherry blossoms, too. She looks like a little cherry blossom.
