I have this character in a Kingdom Hearts fanfiction; she's eighteen, has chest-length black, curly hair, bright green eyes, and wears a dress that looks like a bunch of scarves put together.
And if I ever criticise what you come up with(damn myself if I do), I'd have no reason to, because I don't even have an inkling of an idea as to what she looks like! weird coming from the person who created the character, but mneh.
Do you think you could sketch something up for me?

The dress is long; it drags behind her, and it's fluttery. Like shredded scarves. Good, and she's generally that sarcastic bitch you hate but love so much at the same time.
