So what inspired you to draw Sunny S. Shimmer? I mean who and what was she supposed to be when the thought was going through you're head? Now don't get me wrong I can understand if she was meant to be Pony Sunset's Human Counterpart and all, but I'd still like to hear You're side of the story, like what it is she does with her life and what makes her more unique & different from Pony Sunset other than just her more Adult-like appearance?

So she's basically just an alternate take on Pony Sunset? Then is she a tall teenager who attends High School, or is she a fully grown adult with a Job, and if so then what kind of a job does she do? Because if she really is living an Isekai Life in a Modern Day Human World similar to Modern Day America, then I doubt that living with a Falsely Documented Form of Identification would came Cheap.

If you really wanna know my take, she is pony sunset.. and the sunset everyone knows, the one who goes to canterlot high, the one who went sunset satan, is the human one
But no one, not even that cute teenage looking sunset herself, knows that

So the story is that the Real Pony Sunset & the Real Human Sunset have actually been living each other's lives without even knowing it? *o*
So then what kind of a job does the more adult-looking Sunset have in the Human World, or does she even have a job at all?

The adult-looking sunset knows.. she is after all the Mastermind behind all this
Lemme tell you her origin story
Pony sunset "ran away" to the human world, but not empty handed.. she had learned something about this world, so she knew her human counter part would be there somewhere
She also knew, that magic too exist in this world.. she just needed to figure out how to do it
She knew, once you're considered a threat to equestria, Celestia wouldn't stop until you're eliminated or imprisoned or at the very least reformed.. so she needed to come up with a plan, a plan to get her off Celestia's radar
It didn't take long until sunset figured out how to do magic in this human world, and adapting to living in this world.. she is Celestia's best of the best student after all, always so resourceful..
So next plan is to find human Sunset
Once she found human Sunset, she then began executing her plan: using this human Sunset as a "scapegoat"
So, using a similar magic pony Twilight used to undo her discorded friends back then, Sunset began to modify human Sunset's mind.. injecting it with memories of equestria
Long story short, the human Sunset now thinks she is the pony from equestria, and that other Sunset is the human Sunset who's been helping her adapting into living in human world
EG1 happened, "pony" Sunset was defeated.. EG2 happened, "pony" Sunset was reformed.. "pony" Sunset even met with Celestia in equestria, so Celestia could have a good look at Sunset with her own eyes
Thus, Sunset was no longer a threat to equestria, and the real pony Sunset is now completely off Celestia's radar
That's the origin story.. and as for what adult Sunset does for a living, she's a financial executive.. analyzing companies, market share, investments and stuff

That's a very interesting origin story, and as to why one Sunset looks like a Teenager while the other looks like an Adult, I'll just blame that on my theory that in the MLP/EQG franchise when traveling between the two worlds & taking on new forms to help them better fit in with said world, the characters stop aging, leaving them stuck looking exactly the same age that they were at when they first arrived in that world, but the Sunset from Equestria discovered a spell to disable that side-effect so that she could look exactly as old as she Should be, while the other Sunset is still stuck looking like a Teenager despite the fact that she's much older than she looks, and I'm sure that the Older Sunset carries a pretty heavy burden upon herself for the things that she has done, anyways Thanks for sharing That with me, and please keep making art that features Sunny S. Shimmer, and also more pics of Both Sunsets together, even After MLP:FiM is Cancelled after Season 9.

The double negative isn't the same as the original positive. The double negative states that there is both similarities and differences at the same time, rather than just similarities. It's the point of speaking in riddles... It gets people critically thinking about the full meaning behind the statement.

Sunset Shimmer looks a bit unhealthily skinny there. I prefer her hanging with the CMC, she has a bit more meat on her bones there. ^_^

"that Maud character" is the cutest pony there is, and Pinkie Pie is holding on her top spot simply because she's constantly breaking the fourth wall and we had sooo much fun together. The Pie family is seven kinds of awesome every day.

Pinkie Pie is fun, the Pie family sure are awesome..! But I like a character who's calm, and maybe doesn't show any interest to anything too much, a type of person who's difficult to figure out.. yet actually very caring..!

Pie and Apple family are brilliant. But I believe Maud has a mild form of autism. She doesn't react to positive or negative influences by outside demonstrations, unless they're really, really strong. This would also explain her seemingly narrow-minded focus on anything rock related. It's what she's most comfortable with, even having a pet rock she occasionally plays with, thus she returns to it whenever she feels uncomfortable. Pinkie Pie knows this since Maud is her older sister, she was always there from her first day to now, she doesn't know her any other way. So she doesn't even think about her impression to others, for her she's "Maud", and "Maud" is just like she is. She'd instead be really surprised if Maud would react otherwise. In fact, Pinkie Pie sees even slightest changes in Maud's behaviour, like a super-sensitive person, and interpretates them correctly. Like when she says "I've never seen her that excited in my entire life!", meaning she saw something the others couldn't, simply because she knows Maud for many years of living close and dealing a lot with each other.
Maud only shows one different behavior all episode, when she thinks about her sister. First her voice went up a little and she hugged her sister when she was saved from danger, and then she smiles when she's looking at Pinkie Pie and stating she loves her. Meaning her emotions for her are so strong she got used to actually express them. I believe she'd only show care in such moments. And as I said, I interpreted the episode like this: Maud has a mild form of autism. She doesn't usually express emotions, neither good nor bad, unless she's used to it, or they're really strong. And she has a fall-back in her love for rocks which she always goes to whenever she's uncomfortable or confused. Pinkie Pie is used to it, and takes her like she is, even knows to see the subtle signs of mood change. The others don't realize that this pony is so very different. The problem in tolerance is not on Maud's side, but on the Mane Five's lack of interest WHY Maud is like she is, or just taking her like she is from the start. They expect her to be "like any other pony". Which, judging that Pinkie Pie is a relative, is a very stupid thing to suggest in the first place. That family is very likely to have something unusual about them to create such an offspring, after all.
Then again, Pinkie Pie is completely oblivious to the possibility that others might react differently to Maud. She thus never explains to the Mane Five that Maud is different. For her, Maud is amazing, and she can't comprehend why others wouldn't think like that. It's probably because Pinkie's mind works very differently from those of "any other pony", anything strange and unusual for her is exciting, new and amazing. And with a mindset like that, excitement can take over social judgment and immediately overlook signs of discomfort in others. And I know this very well, by the way...I tend to become excited about unusual things, as well. And fascinated about situations that frighten others. Takes some time to learn to look at other people's faces before talking...often doesn't work, anyway.

Ahaha.. yea, submit your thesis to the Mane Six.. maybe they will consider, or already have tried not to judge other people by their look or whom their related to, and try to look the world through other's worldview..!

but mostly, it's about who has power and authority over others. Well, that's what the world actually is though..

Actually, the show's main message seems to be that talking with people is better than not doing so, especially when you have to solve a problem, and that friendship goes a long way. Which is true. Love is a stronger feeling, especially honest one, but friendship is more long-lasting and has way greater benefits for anyone's life. I was probably never loved in a romantic way, but I have friends I can rely on. And am very lucky in that way.
