Soooooooo... I had an assignment for Photography course where we had to makeup one of our friends and then take them studio portraits.This here is my beautiful wonderful friend Gilda...
gorgeous, isn't she??? I love her eyes so I made emphasis on them... She was really nice with me. Very patient and very obedient too. I hate when people nudge around and blink too much... I guess she really trusts me...The make up took me approximately 1 hour 15 minutes... whew! Tiring!!! I wasn't trying to make a butterfly... I swear I wasn't... but it just came out naturally and here is the result. Makeup made with eyeliner, eye shadow and little stars that u stick with hair gel.
LOVED: doing the makeup was way too much fun. And taking her the phographs was a delight!!!
HATED: mmmh.... maybe that I'm a bit too distracted so I kept losing the eyeliner and the sharpener

I'm glad u really liked the makeup... It took forever... The model wasn't too pleased to be sitting down for what it seemed forever with me scraping on her skin and telling her to keep still... messy...
I would have enjoyed taking ur pics...

I love the .. warm look on her face, I can't find the right words to explain..
it's a calm and absolutly natural expression (so she probably is used to a camera or she just trust you 100%) and this is so enjoyable..
I just can't stop staring at her.. wow.
dunno. somehow her expression has a girlish and young touch, but she also looks grown up and wise and knowing what she's doing.
kind of something in between naive trusting and at the same time expirienced and .. knowing who to rely on.
uh.. I don't know.

I never imagin anything I don't really think, but I'm totally trained in seeing more than obvious (yeah, I'm the best one in class *pround*, okay, honestly, we're only 7!)

I'm glad u can see more than the obvious... that will spice up ur life and u will be able to see more than meets the eye and learn from it all the time. It's wondeful to do it!!! I do it too often... but sometimes I just like to take it in for what it is... nothing else... just it. The raw product without looking yonder. It depends on my reflective mood...
Ah yes, being naive can sometimes b better but u gotta b careful around who to be naive or around what. It's just a matter of perception. I tend to get overboard... not realistic but more idealistic or too cynical... I'm a series of walking contradictions...

you're right about that. but sometimes it's just wonderful to be a bit naive and dreamy can be so funny.. I would say I'm not an optimist, rather a realist or something.
less hurtig, becouse if you look at things realistic you can see all the bad things which can be quite hurting, if you save your naivity you can ignore all of that. to do that all the time is a very dangerous thing.
