Description A quick under 1 hour painting of the volcán Pacaya eruption. This beautiful volcano is the most active volcano in Guatemala. It's 30 km away from the city and you can climb to the top if you wish (it's about an hour walk to the summit). The view from up there is spectacular. Last year it exploded throwing ashes into the sky that reached the city. It covered everything with black ashes and soot...

I'm so fascinated by volcanos since I stood on an island witch is an active vulcano near Sicilia/Italy. They are both: dangerous and beautyful and they show us the power of nature. You captured this in a wonderful way.

Volcanoes are fascinating. Very very powerful... They easily cause wrecks around here but we're all still mesmerized by them. Plus, volcanic soil is one of the richest on earth so its very good for crops and agriculture. The downside is the downpurs of lava and ashes ¬¬

Sí, decidí probar hacer un speedpaint digital pero d la forma en que trabajo tradicionalmente... fue más orgánico a como usualmente trabajo. Incluso traté de evita el ctrl+z (aunq eso sí no funcionó tan bien como hubiera querido )
