You definitely improved tonnes! From the hair, to the face-cut cut and the eyes and the fingers! yes, anatomy can still use some work. If only you would've spent 2 more minutes in coloring her dress and hair, it would have turned out EPIC! xD

You really improved on how the hair is supposed to move.
Regarding the expression, I think the before one was better, it was more mischievous and childish, while the second one is more mature and powerful.

Yeah I noticed that too and I think a lot of that is because her face shape and eye shape is different (smaller and more angular) although I'm not sure if that's the actual case or if its the best reason I can come up with lol

Yeah, it's both the eyes and the mouth,
I think her mouth usually shows a lot of pure emotion, the way children do while your second one is more serious and in control. The eyes are also narrower and less contrasty, with no sparkles and curiosity in them.
Good that you know what happened there, it's easier to improve when you know what you did wrong

Your eyes have definitely gotten better, and the wrinkles of the clothing still need work but other then that its a really big improvement.

ah yes, very large improvement! well done! for a bt of a critique, the wrinkles and waves inthe dress and hair are a bit chunky and not flowing in the right ways and directions. id suggest looking at references forhair and skirts. its the fastest way to learn
