A extremely powerful sephyr would mate with another… with how tensions were beteeen her species, she knew something was coming, she’d be travel to the dark realm of umbra, upon giving birth she’d just leave the child alone, knowing it’d live if it was strong enough, and die if not.

The infant would whine and whine, covered in blood & birthing fluid, and it’s cries were answered….

The baby boy was found by a serent… a cruel serent that happily took the baby, for all the wrong reasons

The baby would be treated like a animal, by the time it was a child it’s mother was dead, killed in the war that happened upon their kind, and upon it being found exactly what he was- with his tail slowly growing, he would be desired more…

The child was beaten by its owner of ever acting out of line, told to be obedient, in time- he was bought by a wealthy serent woman with… depraved desires.

The young boy was treated lower then trash, given garbage to eat, not educated, and abused, physically & sexually

At one point when he had been crying or screaming the woman shoved a odd contraption down his throat, which injured his insides heavily- and made it so it would not heal, leaving him with a bad cough & raspy voice, with it hurting to speak, and unable to yell…

The boy would live this horrible life for many thousands of years. One day, while the two were engaging in their usual activities.. the woman would feel his long tail begin to move, before she could do anything- her head was engulfed

He was free… the slave had finally murdered his captor, after this he’d escape, killing anyone in his way of escape, in the process getting more scars on his being, especially across his face…

Over the years he’d then begin to take vengeance on the species of that who had held him in such horrible captivity for so long… he became well known by serents for slaughtering any he could, women, children- and even some ancients… few lived, one of the few being a teenager from a villiage he had slaughtered, by the name of Athan.

One day though- everything would change… what exactly changed his view on everything is.. very unclear, but over the last several hundred years Vernian has not harmed a single serent.. even when first attacked…

He now lives as a hermit in his cave, visited by some for his skills of weaving fine clothing..
