    Tiago realized that he’d begun to draw a crowd, and was both a little surprised and quite pleased. He started switching the bolas back and forth, then moved them both to one hand so they circled each other, then switched it to the other hand before splitting them again.
    He threw in a few jumps and a few more steps to the rhythm to complicate it further, and looked to Cith again, as if for her approval, raising a brow with a boyish grin.
    Cith was almost tempted to disagree, just to see if Tiago could push it even further...but with so many people around, it would not be in their best interests for anyone to accidentally have something broken.
    So she gave him a small nod of approval, then hopped off of the stage, rotating her shoulders and stretching out her arms before crossing them behind her. Without giving so much as a warning, she hopped towards Tiago and joined him in his dance, stepping to the rhythm that he set.
“Let’s make this more interesting.”
Tiago backed up a step to give Cith room to dance without missing a beat.

He rotated the course of the bolas to open up a bit into a fan shape, creating a makeshift backdrop for the footwork she was doing. He watched for a moment until he had the feel of what she was doing, then started matching the cadence of his footwork to hers, sliding a foot out in sweeping passes beneath her when she jumped. He laughed, and cocked his head back.
“All right then, let's see how high you can go.”
