prints available To totally break out of my normal dull winter mood, my muse decided to let me finish this one up. Taking a vacation at disney world last week probably helped a bit

You have such detailed patterns on the clothing that you do! Do you hand draw/paint it in or do you have a brush pattern? I've always been curious.. Beautiful work!

Thanks! I paint all my patterns by hand, but sometimes I will copy a pattern from one of my paintings and use it (or bits of it) in another. The only custom brushes I use are for adding texture

Thank you! And no, I don't use brushes for patterns. The way I do my patterns is I draw them in a separate file and then use the copy/paste tool to arrange it how I want in the actual painting. If there isn't enough to cover the whole area I can just paste in more of the original pattern and then arrange it so it is seamless. In this case on the dress

Really love the details. Could use a it more contrast by adding shadows to make the lighting more believable.

The colours contrast so very well in this piece - the figure with her oranges and greens alongside the beautiful sky colours. It makes her stand out within the image.
Alos, the pink of her skin draws the eye down to the pink at the bottom of the sky - and vice versa. I was reading somewhere about all good art having a focus of a triangle, so that the eye was kept busy the whole time it was on the painting. I think that applies here 
Sorry there's not much to this comment, I'm viewing on a pc with a really low bit graphics card, so can't see all the little bits of detail and diaphanous colour that I just know are there...
