I'd say, this my favorite, you did really good at making the make-up look so real on these girls, great work

This is gorgeous, I love it. I agree with others that have commented though, that the face looks overly done compared to the rest of it.

You've done a nice job with the edit and airbrushing. It looks very convincing and different from the original stock.

However, try adding backgrounds to some of your pieces or textures. It would make it more interesting, though you did mention that you were more into glamor photomanips.

Best of luck.

I think that in the area of skin retouching, clone stamp is vastly superior to airbrushing the entire area. why? with clone stamp, you can maintain the illusion of skin texture. in contrast to her hair, she looks incredibly fake and enormously retouched-- and when working with photos, either you want to go all the way with turning it into an airbrushed thing, or you should maintain the natural texture of the subject matter.

the colorizing of it looks pretty good though. keep it up.

I agree that the skin is... flat. Although if I kept the original texture it'd defeat the entire purpose, since the original skin didn't have anywhere suitable to sample from.

I also agree with the hair.. it is a bit fake. I was going for a realistic dyed look with fading color etc., but even dyed hair isn't that brightly colored, especially when it's on brown hair.

I guess I should look into texturizing the skin a bit and making the hair more subtle.

Appreciate the critique/comment

you've done a very good job- I just find that her face is far too blurry in comparison to her hair

Wow, that's a pretty neat edit.
I wish her hand was nicer. Not that it looks that bad, sort of an imperfect perfection, it's just what stands out to me.

Thanks, I was actually thinking the same thing about the hand. It doesn't quite fit. Guess I should look into changing it again
