Oooh, I am glad you asked!
I launder my fursuit by turning it inside-out approximately every six hours of wear time. Then, I carefully brush it out and air-dry it with fans and an air hockey table. There's lots of brushing that I do each time I finish an event, and I use three different types of brushes, depending on which part of the costume I am brushing. It's about half an hour of maintenance after each event, except when I launder the fursuit. I use cold water wash most of the time, but about every sixth washing, if there are persistent stains, I will convert to traditional laundry soap and use warm water wash and a quarter-cup of baking soda. Then I use two spin cycles to spin out the water, after which I carefully comb it out so that it dries with the fibers all aligned with the nap. Once dry, a final brushing with the 'magic hairbrush' makes it all fluffy and new. The inside of the fursuit head has removable neoprene foam pads which I will wash, and I wipe down the insides with hot water and a wash cloth.
At the moment, I have one of the three muzzlefans to replace because it burned out again. (Tycho has a 12-volt triple-fan air handling system that runs from a rechargeable 2000 MaH Nickel Metal hydride battery pack.) There's also some of my velcro in the back that came loose due to moisture, so I need to come up with something else and improve that part.

O.O I really wish I knew better more advanced english now to get all the washing terms right. But I know I don't own half of that kid of equiptment X'D *Sigh* I'm just 19 and got no job atm and so on.
But I think I get what you mean with the launder thingy.
(Prepare for really bad english)
So do you think the cycle/modus thingy on the washing machine that makes it spin faaaast in order to "push" out the water would work ? Gentle spin it is.
And how warm water do you use ?

moderate spin, let it run through the cycle, then press the "drain and spin" cycle again.
Hairbrushes aren't hard to find. The fan is a compact Honewell fan from the hardware store, only $20.
The air hockey table is a used one from craigslist and sometimes you can find them for free.
The warm water is only about 50 degrees C. Usually I use cold water. I only use warm when the whites no longer look white after washing.
